Last Wednesday (Nov. 11th) Jane and I went to lunch with two of the other mothers from Ben's preschool. I had met them on the mother's field trip a few weeks and they were so much fun I thought we would have a good time hanging out. I was right! Hisako - in the back - is married to an American Sailor, Yukiko - in the front - is from Sasebo and so is her husband! Her husband actually attended Kurinomo when he was younger! We had a great time and the Italian food was good!
The first rainbow I have seen since we arrived! Funny how I used to see them everyday in Hawaii and when I saw this one my heart skipped a beat!
